D.P. McDonogh, rider of Razmataz, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount suffered interference early on.

S. Foley, rider of Switching Sides, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ducked right when he hit the front.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Just One Show, trained by Jack Foley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room a furlong down. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

P. McGettigan, rider of Stay Curious, trained by Patrick T. Foley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped and his mount ran very keen.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Oristown Boy, trained by Joseph Anthony Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount stumbled leaving the stalls.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Alrashdeyah, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left from the stalls.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Lucy's Promise, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left up the straight.

160B Winter Festival Early Bird H'cap

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Anthony Mullins, trainer of Absoluteassignment, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official as per the provisions of Rule 90(i).

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Jack Foley, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Midnight Dusk (GB), placed first, as compared with its most recent run at Navan on the 16th of May. Jack Foley reported that he may have ran his charge too quickly the last day after his previous run. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Venetian Star, trained by Patrick T. Foley, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

W.J. Lee, rider of Midnight Dusk (GB), trained by Jack Foley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around the last half a furlong.

Nicola Burns, rider of Stone Bear, trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was slowly away.

B.M. Coen, rider of Nazario, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't get much of a run.

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Chris Timmons, trainer of Step Back In Time, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official as per the provisions of Rule 90(i).

A. Browne-Souza, rider of Whatswrongnow, trained by Batt Burke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jinked left from the stalls.

160C2 Maher Tractor Sales H'cap

The Raceday Stewards interviewed R.P. Cleary, rider of Jackandthefox, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that one of the strikes didn't connect. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that R.P. Cleary was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.

S. Foley, rider of Hooves Your Daddy, trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't get a run in the straight.

P. McGettigan, rider of Livingston Range, trained by R.Donohoe, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left up the straight.

160E Dino Day At Fairyhouse 8th July H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Harry's Legacy (GB), trained by Ross O'Sullivan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Caragh Monaghan, rider of Jr Mahon, trained by Ian Patrick Donoghue, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount burst a blood vessel. This was subsequently confirmed by the IHRB Veterinary Officer who reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils post race.

G.M. Ryan, rider of High Honour (GB), trained by Donal Kinsella, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

160F Irish EBF Median Auction M'dn

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, R. Whearty, rider of Good Man Jack, trained by Patrick Magee, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he tried to get his mount to settle early and he stayed on past beaten horses.

160G Kate O'Sullivan Memorial H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Tassarolo (GB), trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

J.E. Harnett, rider of Alto Sax, trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
